Gift Guide: Stocking Stuffers... Mainstream Style

Do you ever just get caught up in the hustle and bustle of the holidays with the shopping, family-gatherings, decorating and baking?  Then suddenly, it's a few days before Christmas, you're going through the gifts and catching up on wrapping and you're like, "Wait.  What?  Where the heck are all the stocking stuffers??"  Ugh.. worst feeling ever.  You think you're done but your just not.  I'm not a big fan of malls or shopping centers anytime after Thanksgiving.  I feel like the crowds are too big, the lines are too long and I'm usually toting a kid or two along.  I just don't wanna deal with it.
A fantastic way to avoid that all is to "shop small." Mainstream Boutique in Savage is my go to gift giving idea center.  For real.  I usually walk in there knowing who I want to buy for but unsure of what I want to get them.  Mainstream Boutique usually has an answer pretty much when I walk in the door, with beautifully displayed unique jewelry or the latest trends tucked away into cute trunks or neatly folded on shelves next to outfits they'd compliment perfectly.  Plus, I'm always confident that if I do have any questions, the associates at Mainstream Boutique are so knowledgeable and helpful I will definitely get the help I'm looking for.  Best part?  They ship.  Quick.  You call and they'll get your package out immediately.  The customer service is second to none AND they're stocked with the latest trends and cuteness?  Win, win.
I recently went into Mainstream Boutique in Savage with you in mind. ;)  I wanted to help you avoid the "duh moment" a few days before Christmas by giving you some adorable stocking stuffer ideas NOW.  I contemplated posting this on Black Friday, but to be honest, I got a bit excited to share my findings with you. And since we are being honest with each other, let's just clear the air and say if you're looking to buy me anything... pay attention.

Let's start with the hobo gloves.  I think the colors are just so unique and perfect.  Plus, they aren't just cute.  They're so cozy and comfortable... and warm!  Totally appreciated with our Midwest fall and winters.
Gloves: $14

Beanies!  You know I love them, and Mainstream Boutique in Savage offers such a variety!  Some have the pom on top, some have flecks of color while others are just darling as is.
Beanies: $14-$16

Boot socks, galore!  You've seen them around and you know you love them, but you're just unsure of what kind to get.  So many options, friends! You can go with an actual boot sock like these here with the lacy detail...
Boot Socks: $16

Or here with a pretty cuff...
Boot Socks: $24

Or you can go with the "Little Boot Peep."  The name alone is adorable, right?  It's just a little cuff that peeks over your boot.  The detail is super sweet and feminine and they have lots of different looks to choose from!
Boot Cuffs: $22

Mainstream Boutique in Savage recently got in some candles that are beautiful and smell wonderful!  I'm such a candle fan.  On the kitchen counter, by my bathtub and I always kept one on my desk when I worked out of the house.  I feel like they add such a welcoming ambiance to any room.
Candles: $24

I also came across some sweet smelling lotions and diffusers that I became an instant fan of.  Those pretty silver candles?  They smell like a Christmas tree, which is perfect for a gal like me who sets out our pre-lit fake tree to avoid the time it takes to string on lights and sweep up needles. (I know, shame on me.  It's just until our kids get older, I think.) But I loooooove the smell of a real Christmas tree.  Such a fresh, clean, Christmas-y scent.  Which is now available in a delightful looking candle... YAY!

$22-$38

So not sure what's up with the youth these days, but I'm noticing lots of mismatched crazy socks.  These are perfect when buying for someone who has a thing with socks.  They're SO cute, not to "loud" and even when mismatched would still look totally darling. The fox. I mean... how adorable is that!?!?!
Socks: $12

If you follow my blog at all you'll see a zillion options for gorgeous, unique jewelry.  However, I'm going to focus on this because it's not only going to please your gift-getter, but it's also giving back and doing good for someone you haven't even met, which I think is totally cool.  These dreamy wrap bracelets are made by GoodWork(s), which donates 25% of it's net profits to good causes.  25% of net profits will provide a meal to 31,000 homeless and help support 29,000 underprivileged children who attend an amazing after school program.  A company who designs cute stuff and gives back?  I can support that!
Bracelets: $28-$32

There.  You have numerous wonderful ideas to gift your mother, daughter, friend, etc.  Now don't hesitate (like I do) and get your shopping done!  You can stop into Mainstream Boutique in Savage or call (952) 440-4020 and place your order.

Swiss Vegetable Medley Bake

This swiss veggie medley has FULL potential of stealing the show away from the green bean casserole. No joke.  It's that good. It's gotten to the point where the first question I get asked is, "What can I bring to help out?"  The second question is, "Are you making that delicious cheesy vegetable bake?"  Yes.  Yes, I am. Broccoli, carrots and cauliflower never tasted so mouth-watering! See?  Looks good, right?

I mean, don't get me wrong.  GBC is my jam.  I love it but let's just say that if I only have room for ONE more thing on my plate because all the turkey and stuffing leaves little room for much else, I'm gonna have to pick the swiss veggie bake.  Why?  First off, it's got great flavor.  Second?  Cheese.  Duh.  I really wouldn't have to go further than that, but I will because... cheese AND French fried onions.  That combo is pretty much to die for and then you add little diced pimentos into the mix for some awesome flavor and DONE.  Decision made. Swiss veggie bake is on my plate and likely everyone else's plate in the room as well.

Go ahead.  Grab a cute casserole dish, throw this recipe together and bring it to your Thanksgiving table.  Watch what happens.  (Psst: You'll end up with an empty casserole dish)

Swiss Vegetable Medley Bake

*one bag (16oz) frozen veg combo (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower)
*one can cream of mushroom soup
*1.5 cups shredded Swiss cheese
*1/3 cup sour cream
*one small jar diced pimentos
*one small can French fried onions (you don't have to use the full can)
*salt and pepper

Set oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together in a big bowl.  Sprinkle in a bit of salt and pepper and then spoon into a casserole dish. Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes.
That's it.  Done!  Easy, right?  And amazing.

I wish you a very Happy Thanksgiving.  xoxoxoxo

What to Wear: Thanksgiving Edition

I'm gonna just lay it out on the table...

Do NOT let that damn bird be dressed better than you.

It doesn't matter if you're hosting or traveling, dressing up or down, if your crew is a dressy bunch or more on the casual side... you are going to want to look cute AND be comfortable, right?
I strolled into Mainstream Boutique in Savage this week on a mission. I wanted to find you the cutest of the new arrivals so you can look as adorable as possible when you meet up with family and friends for Thanksgiving.  I immediately went to the leggings selection because they're so thoughtful and forgiving after that third helping of stuffing.  But then I remembered that Mainstream Boutique in Savage also has a great selection of jeans... my fav being the mid-rise skinny which is also forgiving after a second helping of green bean casserole.  (Did I just admit to being a stuffing and GBC junkie?  Whoops!)
My Thanksgiving is spent at home.  I love it that way.  It's one of the only holidays that I get to just stay home with my family, have my parents over and cook to my hearts desire.  It also means I can be as dressed up or as dressed down as I wanna be!  Personally, I like to find a nice middle ground.  A comfy pair of jeans or leggings and a super cute shirt.  No dress. No pajamas.  Fair, right?  I need to be comfortable if I'm in the kitchen all day whipping up delicious food, laughing in good company and drinking a few glasses of wine.  (Not to mention watching some football and chasing my girls around in between all this.)

I was lucky enough to have Dyana and Emily at Mainstream Boutique in Savage at my side giving me their valuable advice and opinion.  (It's not just me that they're super sweet & helpful toward... it's everyone! If you're in the area, stop on by and see for yourself!)  It was hard to choose just a few outfits because the inventory is endless with beautiful possibility.  But here are a few of the newest arrivals that became fast favs...

This.  Now I know I said earlier my preference is leggings or comfortable jeans for Thanksgiving Day, but I mean...

How can you not?  The skirt is incredibly soft and a great length.  Plus it goes well with leggings.  And let's not even get me started on that amazing little vest.
Leggings: $36 | Skirt: $38 | Shirt: $42 | Vest: $44 | Bootie: $52 | Necklace: $32

This next outfit stood out to me right when I walked in the door, mostly because I think this long vest is the gorgeous! That set us on the search for the perfect shirt to wear under it and the detail on this long sleeve beauty is what did it for me. I love the lace detail on the neckline and by the hands.  So pretty!

The accessories are adorbs! (Yes, I said that.  But they really are!) Plus, fringe booties are on everyone's wish list. Because... CUTE.  Lucky for you, Mainstream Boutique in Savage knows this and has a few different options for your fringe bootie fix. (more on that later)
High Waisted Leggings: $38 | Shirt: $39 | Vest: $42 | Necklace: $36 | Bootie: $49 | Handbag: $49

Let's throw on some jeans and a cute top, shall we??  I love the fit of this color block top.  It's totally casual but completely cute.  Just my style for kicking off the holiday season!  The fit of these jeans is the best (mid-rise and soft denim) which is only a bonus to them looking fabulous.
Jeans: $89 | Shirt: $59 | Bootie: $49 | Necklace: $22

Booty, Booty, Booty, Booty rockin' everywhere!!!  I found you... Ms. New Booty...

I'm sorry.  But I had to.  Because I did find these brand new booties in a fresh box of new arrivals and we had to get them out ASAP.  The darling factor on these were just too much and I thought they went so great with this other super casual outfit we picked out.

It's no secret... I kinda dig flannel. So, it's a good thing that's very much in style as well.  Flannel and fringe... yes and yes.
Jeans: $89 | Shirt: $58 | Tank: $36 | Bootie: $42 | Necklace: $28

Let's talk about this poncho.  Other than the fact that it's totally lovely, I like how it's not too much.  It's not to baggy.  It's not to "loud." It's not too casual OR too dressy.  It's just right.  It can be dressed up or down, which is a nice option for Thanksgiving day.  For this outfit, while I thought it would look wonderful with a nice pair of skinnies or boot cut jeans, I chose to pair it with some high waisted leggings.  I'm sure you know by now they're my fav?  Well, they are.  Grab a pretty necklace to go with it and you've got yourself a perfectly pretty ensemble.

Leggings: $38 | Tank: $36 | Poncho: $64 | Bootie: 42 | Necklace: $24

Creamy Thanksgiving Mashed Potatoes

There are two types of mashed potato lovers:

*Those who like a traditional mashed potato (potato, butter, milk, salt & pepper)
*Those who are "adventurous" mashed potato lovers

Thankfully, I've never really been "normal" and I kinda fall right between the two.  I like a versatile recipe that tastes fantastic but that I can toss in a few extra ingredients to give it a bit more bang.

I feel like mashed potatoes can kinda make or break your Thanksgiving meal. And no, not all mashed potatoes are created equal! It's like the side dish that pulls the whole meal together.  Plus, you guys... leftovers!  The possibilities are endless with your leftover mashed potatoes, so you better make them count!  Another wonderful bonus to this recipe is that its something that you can make ahead of time, throw into a  casserole dish and set in your oven to reheat. Or to save room in your oven, you can even make them ahead and toss into the crockpot on low for a few hours, stirring often to avoid any drying out or burning edges and then turn the crockpot to warm right before serving.
I never really use recipes when it comes to my Thanksgiving dinner, but recently made my homemade sage bread dressing (which I shared a few posts back) and mashed potatoes and wrote down exactly what I do for the sake of sharing.  I sure do hope you give them a try!  While these mashed potatoes are perfection for your Thanksgiving dinner, they're also perfect year round.  I'll give you some ideas at the end of the recipe as to how you can add to this recipe to have more options.
That being said...

Creamy Thanksgiving Mashed Potatoes

*one pound peeled russet Idaho potatoes
*1/2 stick butter (1/4 c) room temp
*1/4 c milk
*1/4 c sour cream
*1/4 c shredded parmesan cheese
*3/4 teas salt
*1/4 teas pepper

Cut up potatoes into equal chunks.  I usually just quarter them.  This is important so the potatoes cook evenly.  Cover the potatoes with water, making sure you have plenty covering them so no potatoes are exposed before or during boiling.  Set to high and bring to a rapid boil.  Reduce heat just a bit so your pot doesn't boil over.
Now here is the tricky part.  DO NOT overcook your potatoes.  You want to do the fork test (usually I start checking after 18 minutes of boiling) and be sure that they are perfectly done.  You should be able to pierce the potatoes without force and as soon as you can do that remove from heat and drain.  Add room temp butter, milk, sour cream, and cheese.  Use a hand mixer and mix your potatoes so they are nice and smooth.  Stir in the salt and pepper.  Serve, or if you are making ahead I usually just spoon them into a casserole dish and top with a few pats of butter.  I like how it looks when I bake them.  To reheat, I just set the dish in a 350 oven for about 25-30 minutes.
They're so creamy and delicious.  I hope your family likes this recipe as much as mine does!

Something I like to add to this recipe, especially when I make steak or tenderloin, is roasted garlic.  I take 3-4 peeled cloves of fresh garlic, toss with a bit of olive oil and roast in a 375 oven for about 30 minutes or until garlic is soft and golden.  Once they're out of the oven I like to mash them up and add them into the potatoes along with the butter, milk, sour cream and cheese. Phenomenal.

A few other ideas for additions to these potatoes would be to stir in some sharp cheddar cheese, cooked bacon, green onions, some cream cheese, chives, caramelized onions, sautéed mushrooms or asparagus, broccoli... you get the idea.  Possibilities are endless!  You could even put out a big dish of mashed potatoes and set out a bunch of "fixings" for a mashed potato bar when entertaining family or for a completely non-traditional Thanksgiving option.

Whatever you choose to add or not add to these delicious mashed potatoes, I'm sincere in my wishes that your Thanksgiving is full of love, family, friends, laughter and EXCELLENT food.

The Perfect Winter Squash Soup

Busy mothers, REJOICE!  This incredibly delicious squash soup is super easy to make and could be made ahead and tucked into the refrigerator for those nights where you just can't seem to pull dinner together.  Grab yourself a warm baguette and toss a quick salad together and you'll have a delicious, family friendly dinner with minimal effort.  With both my girls in dance after school, I have a few evenings during the week where I need something fast and easy to pull together or a casserole to that can just be thrown in the oven until we get home.  Soup is a wonderful option for nights like these and this recipe is amaaaaazing.

This autumn squash soup is an ideal mix of creamy, savory and even has a hint of spice. Yum. You won't be disappointed that you gave this recipe a try!  I chose to top mine with chopped green onions and roasted pumpkin seeds.  (yes, I'm still finding little ways to use them all up.  Adding them to soup, pasta and salads have been a few of my favorites.)

Winter Squash Soup

*one pound butternut squash, peeled and cut into chunks
*one pound acorn squash, peeled and cut into chunks
*4 cups of chicken stock (homemade or store bought)
*1 1/4  cups heavy cream
*2 Tbls butter + 1 teas
*salt and freshly ground black pepper
*1/4 teas cayenne pepper, or to taste
*1/2 tbls sugar (optional)

Combine the squash and stock in a saucepan and bring to a boil.  Reduce heat to medium and simmer for about 25 minutes or until squash is very tender.  Let cool and do not drain. (you can do this the night before and store in the fridge overnight if you'd like)  Put cool mixture in a blender and puree. Return the puree to a saucepan and turn the heat to medium low. Stir in heavy cream along with the butter, salt and pepper to taste and the cayenne pepper.  Cook, stirring until heated through. (but be sure not to boil) Taste and add sugar and more seasoning if necessary.

That's IT, friends.  It's that simple.  If you want to add a bit more to the soup to make it even more filling, you could always add sautéed asparagus and/or mushrooms, sautéed shrimp, croutons... so many possibilities!

Heyyy, Sugar Lips!

Ok... let's get real.  The weather is getting colder, fall and winter clothes are fun to shop for, wear and are absolutely adorable, comfort food is in full force and that's terrific... BUT cooler weather is harsh on our skin.  I find myself using moisturizer and lotion like CRAZY in the colder months.  I've mentioned before (on Instagram @hautedishhousewife) that I've started using essential oils to help me sleep.  Sleep is something I've struggled with for many years.  Essential oils have been a big help with that.  So when I started thinking about the cold weather and dry skin, I wondered if and how essential oils could help with that.  The answer is YES.
I approached my cousin, Sara.  She's a wife, a mama of three gorgeous children and has been using DoTerra oils for a few years. She swears they've completely benefited her family in numerous ways.  So obviously she's my go-to girl for everything essential oils and natural remedies.  I'm so thankful that she was willing to share a few of her favorite DIY recipes and that I can share them with you in the coming weeks.
We all know that it's important to take care of our skin and part of that is exfoliation.  But how many of you use an exfoliator on your lips?  I'm a chapstick junkie.  For real.  I have a problem.  They are stashed everywhere in my house and car because if I find myself in need and without, my mind can't focus on anything other than finding chapstick.  I seriously hope you aren't as crazy as me when it comes to your need for lip balm.  But even with the constant slathering of sweet chapstick on my lips, I know it's STILL important to exfoliate.  Sugar scrubs are wonderful, but they're even better with essential oils.

That being said (and if you're still following my crazy, lip balm addicted ass) here is a recipe for a completely beneficial Lip Scrub that you'll not only find useful and helpful, but completely yummy as well!

DIY Lip Scrub/Exfoliator

*one tbls superfine sugar (NOT powdered sugar.  Think table sugar.)
*2 tsp fractionated coconut oil
*1-2 (but I'm a rebel and used 3) drops of essential oil

Mix sugar and coconut oil well.  Add essential oils, mix and store in a sealed container.  Massage a pea sized amount onto and around lips.  Rinse or lick off and then follow up with lip balm/chapstick.

The essential oils I chose to use in my lip scrub, along with their
benefits, are as follows (one drop each):

Lavender: Soothing & healing
Wild Orange: Revitalizing & uplifting
Peppermint: Invigorating & cooling (it can even help with cold sores!)

Get ahead of the game, friends!  Start now and keep your lips smooth and kissable aaallllll year round. xoxo

Traditional Sage Bread Dressing

Growing up, I was ever amazed at how my mother could turn a bowl full of bread chunks that had been sitting on our little countertop for days into one of my favorite Thanksgiving side dishes.  As I got older I found myself asking her many times for a recipe, but would always get the same, "Oh honey, I don't ever use a recipe for this. I just throw in a few things like my mom would.  Sometimes it turns out and sometimes it doesn't."  For the record I don't ever remember it not turning out.
Of course, if I have a question I want an answer, so I would just watch her so that someday I could try to recreate that popular side dish.
By the time my Handsome Man and I had our own home and family, I was throwing together homemade stuffing just like my mom and my grandma did.  But I found that my mother was right! (Weird, huh?? That's really NOT just some saying.)  I didn't have a recipe to go off of and my dressing would sometimes taste phenomenal and other times tasted a bit bland. I started to write down exactly what I did each time I made stuffing so that eventually I would have the PERFECT recipe.  You guys... I got it.  This totally from scratch, home made sage bread dressing will leave your family & friends completely impressed and you will never go back to bag of seasoned croutons or box dressing again.  Ever. Trust me. I mean, look at that!

The hardest part of this recipe is planning ahead.  You have to know a few days in advance that your going to make this so your bread can dry out.  You will need about 15 slices of bread and you'll want to either lay them out single file on your countertop for a few days to dry out or you'll want to tear the bread into chunks, throw them in a bowl on the counter for a few days, but be sure to toss them around a few times so the ones at the bottom dry out as well.  I use whatever bread I have in the breadbox or I use what I have in the freezer.  (I always take the bread "butts" and the pieces close to the end pieces and throw them in the freezer to use in my dressing when I need them.)
Now that you have your bread all dried out, you can follow this easy recipe:

Traditional Sage Bread Dressing

*15 slices of bread, dried
*one stick of butter
*one cup of chicken broth + 1-1.5 cups more
*3 celery stalks, fine chop
*one medium size onion, fine chop
*one tsp dried thyme
*1.5 tsp salt
*1/4 tsp pepper
*2 Tbls dried sage
*pinch of garlic salt
*pinch of poultry seasoning

Preheat oven to 350. (or just throw in with your turkey or chicken in a separate dish)
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, heat up the butter and chicken broth.  Add your finely chopped veggies and simmer for about 15 minutes until the veggies are nice and tender.  Add all your seasonings to the saucepan and them pour into a big bowl over the dried bread chunks.  Mix well.  Gradually add more chicken broth until your dressing is moistened.  (you DO NOT want to drench it.  Yes, I know the word "moist" is the ickiest but I couldn't come up with another word to describe it. Sorry!)  You want to mix everything up but don't over stir or add to much broth or it becomes a ball of gunk. Not ok.  Add enough broth to make it moist (sorry, again!) but to still
 keep the bread  "chunky."
Spoon the dressing into an oven safe dish and bake uncovered for about 30-35 minutes.

I'm pretty confident this will become your fav side dish for your Thanksgiving dinner! Please keep checking the blog for more recipes to make your Thanksgiving day easy peasy and amazingly delicious!

Get Cozy!

We are celebrating cozy classics and crisp temps at Mainstream Boutique in Savage this week! That means layers and adorable accessories to keep you warm and toasty.
If you're anything like me, you question your choices about everything at least a dozen times.  I've always felt nervous when it comes to layering clothing but the girls at Mainstream Boutique in Savage have really put me at ease because I've come to realize that confidence goes even further than one may think.  Take a risk, put it together and try it on!  (and add a SMILE!  It really does help!)
So, with that in mind (in addition to a few darling gloves and a totally unique scarf) I'd love to share with you some of the latest at Mainstream Boutique in Savage that will have you layer up (and warming up) in no time flat!  A wonderful bonus to these outfits is that they work for everything from a park day with your kids, a casual date night with your love, or at the office.  One may need to switch out the jeans for some leggings but that's easy enough, right?

First, I'd like to give props to whoever came up with this idea. This is NOT your average scarf.  It's warm and thick without being to bulky, the colors are totally dreamy (because plaid is so my thing this season) and I love the leather detail.
But guess what, friends?  This scarf has a secret... it's a little hidden pocket and it can really come in handy! Think football games, GNO's....  there's just enough room for you to stash your phone and some cash. Clever, right?
Plaid Scarf: $34

Now let's talk about this cardigan.  I absolutely love it.  The colors just really appeal to me as cranberry is definitely one of my favorites. I've featured these booties before but I'm sharing them again because I'm not joking when I say I could walk around in them on the daily. Comfort, friends.  The scarf is by C.C. who also happens to provide the cable-knit beanies I'm obsessing over.

And check out these hobo gloves... they are IT.
Hobo Gloves: $14

Plus, they would make the perfect stocking stuffers for your fav fashionista. (yes, I'm already thinking of stocking stuffers.)
These jeans are so comfortable, are the perfect amount of destructed and are a mid-rise jean.  Which is fantastic because let's be real here... I'm a 34 year old mom of two kids.  The laaaaaast thing I need is to be squatting at the park to help with a skinned knee and have my butt crack show. Nobody wants to see that!  I'm a super big fan of the always friendly mid-rise jeans here and you KNOW how I feel about the high-waisted leggings at Mainstream Boutique in Savage.  (love, love, love)
Jeans: $89, Shirt: $66, Cardigan: $48, Bootie: $52, Scarf: $24, Hobo Gloves: $14

Speaking of high waisted leggings... put on a black shirt, throw on this pretty plaid cardigan and you'll be the cutest ever!

This earring and necklace combo is lovely.  The pictures don't do it justice as the color is just gorgeous. They really goes well against the black and compliment the red/black plaid perfectly.
High Waisted Leggings: $36, Black Tank: $44, Long Sleeve Shirt: $54, Plaid Cardigan: $56,
Bootie: $52, Earring/Necklace Combo: $32

As if I didn't love beanies enough, the went and added a fuzzy ball to the top. (jaw drops) MUST. HAVE. Seriously.

This vest would go well with so many things, but I really like it with the jeans and a plain fitted black top.  I was wandering Mainstream Boutique looking for the perfect necklace to go with it when Kelsey pointed this one out to me.

I tried it on and loved it.  While it was probably something I would normally look over because it's not my usual style, I found it to be SO cute!  See what I meant when I said, "Take a risk, put it together and try it on?"
These boots will eventually become mine... I'm pretty sure of it.  They are extremely comfortable and obviously adorable so it only makes sense, right?

Jeans: $89, Long Sleeve Top: $36, Vest: $42, Necklace: $85, Boots: $79, Beanie: $16

This. Jacket. Is. So. Fetch. (That's for you, Gretchen Wieners.) But honestly, look how perfect this is.

Back when I had an office job, this outfit would have been a work favorite.  Now that I'm a stay at home mom, it's STILL perfect for me.  You can dress it up or down. The black pants are comfortable and I could easily chase my kids around wearing them.
Plus, these booties...

the heel is great for chasing around littles.  Very comfortable and practical!

This Carpe Diem bracelet really hit home for me. After spending over a week of sleepless nights and tired days with an under the weather Little One, I welcomed the morning with a cup of coffee, some sunshine and most important, a back-to-healthy four year old. Absolutely priceless.
